Pragmatic Strategy provides its expertise in a number of different engagement models. To get further information on each of the models click on the heading.
- Market Development Projects: These are typically tactical projects with an agreed brief and timeframe. They are normally delivered on a fixed price contract plus incurred expenses.
- Strategic Planning: This service differs from the market development projects by being focused on the provision of an underlying ‘strategic marketing plan’ rather than market development activities. However it is also normally delivered on a fixed price contract plus incurred expenses.
- Marketing Transformation: This service is a long term project that provides a change management and leadership role to an organisation. It is a transitional programme that usually has defined organisation and functional objectives but normally has an open timeframe. This type of engagement typically includes Restructuring of a marketing team; Development and Implementation of new marketing methodologies; Functional Model Changes; Strategic Planning. This engagement can either be on a ‘T&M’ or a ‘retained’ basis.
- Retained Consultancy: A retained basis works best for longer term engagements covering a single area of activity or a mix of activities. This can either be in a traditional Days / Month or total number of days for a defined period. The a volume discount to the ‘day rate’ is available based on the number of days and the contract duration.
- Interim Management: This service is the most straightforward with Pragmatic Strategy delivering an Interim role within an organisation for a contracted period of time. This is usually a full-time, fixed term contract with optional renewals, but can also be on a part-time basis.
